- Avoid wetting the skin, steamy showers, hot tubs, pools, saunas, working out, sweating or anything else that requires you to raise your body temperature
- Please do rehydrate after appt (drink water, electrolytes)
- Change pillow case + wash make-up brushes
- Wipe with alcohol any objects before placing them on your skin (phone, glasses)
- Avoid direct sun exposure

Post 7 days

- Avoid direct sun exposure - or mineral based SPF 50+ greater
- Avoid the use of retinols, exfoliants, facial scrubs up to 2+ weeks
- Hydration is key to maintaining good results (hydrating serum, medical grade lotion)
- No popping / picking at the skin if breakouts do occur keep clean & hydrated
- Avoid facial waxing, botox, filler etc.
