It’s essential for us to have policies in place in order to keep things here running as smoothly as possible.

Booking an Appointment
  • We are a boutique spa and work by appointment only. Please schedule your appointment in advance by email, telephone or online to avoid disappointment
  • When scheduling an appointment you will be required to provide the following information: first name, last name, contact number and email address
  • For bookings for services over $100, a credit card will be held on file to reserve the booking
Day of Appointment
  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time
  • Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our ability. This may include cutting down services into the allotted time that we have left for your appointment. A full-service charge will still be applied
Cancellations
  • We kindly ask for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment
  • If you fail to meet this requirement – a fee of 50% service will be applied to your account and will need to be paid prior to booking another appointment at Jaja Spa
Gift Cards

Any online or physical gift cards purchased from Jaja Spa do not have an expiration date. They cannot be refunded or exchanged but can be used towards any service or products.

Skin Conditions
  • The health and safety of all of our guests is our top priority, we cannot provide services to clients with any type of skin conditions such as warts, fungus, open wounds, athletes’ foot etc
  • For all facial services – a mandatory skin consultation form will need to be filled out and signed prior to the day of your appointment
  • Facial services will not be performed on anyone with open lesions, cold sores, runny nose, cough or any other skin condition that can affect the aesthetician or have a high chance of infection
  • Thank you for understanding and informing your aesthetician prior to the start of service
Nail Retention
  • For best retention and product guarantee, all refills must be done over gel previously applied at Jaja Spa
  • All new gel clients will require bare nails or will be charged for removal at the time of your appointment
  • Nail guarantee will cover the first 5 days after appointment. Any breaks, chips, or lifts after this point will require an appointment and repair cost
No Pets
  • As much as we love animals, we do not allow any pets inside the spa for sanitization reasons
